Ran the
Little Miami 10 Miler today. I ran in 1:15:17 which was good for 82 OA. I was racing to gauge my fitness. I decided to take it out comfortable and slowly build. It was an out and back and with about 3.5 miles to go you cross Jacoby Rd. I told myself that if I feel good I would try and bring it home hard. I just didn't have it but I am happy with where I am at right now. I want to run well on the first Sunday in April. 33 miles for a recovery week. Now the work begins.
